Warm, welcoming, inclusive, experienced and knowledgeable, they are committed to supporting each individual based on their training goals and needs. The variety of classes allows everyone to find a session that suits how they like to train. Personal favs are Hustle, Doghouse [boxing] and Stronger! One more thing, the music is top knotch!
